Janelle
Janelle has been training dogs for over 10 years, holding positions that have included Daycare/Kennel Manager, Vet Assistant, and Obedience Instructor. Additionally, Janelle has completed numerous training courses on canine handling and body language, as well as attending UB Mini-Vet school seminars. Some of Janelle’s affiliations and memberships are APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers), PCSA (Pet Care Services Association), Certified Pet Care Technician (CPCT), AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, and is American Red Cross Certified.
Laura
Laura brings over 10 years of experience instructing dog training classes across Western New York, working with dogs and handlers of all skill levels. Her background spans puppy foundations, basic and advanced obedience, and behavior-focused training, including reactive dog classes.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that effective training goes beyond obedience. Laura focuses on helping clients build clear communication, trust, and a strong, functional relationship with their dogs—skills that extend far beyond the classroom and into everyday life.
Outside of her professional work, Laura actively trains and competes with her own dogs, including participating in agility. She also fosters dogs for a local rescue, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their future homes.
Laura is dedicated to supporting both dogs and their people, creating lasting results through practical, relationship-based training.
